A really nice hotel with a look and feel of class. The location was superb and the staff were as nice and friendly as you could imagine. The sun terrace was not in use but later in the year this would be amazing, the view was spectacular.

The staff were excellent - exceptionally helpful, friendly and went out of their way to meet our needs. The restaurants and sights they recommended were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and the buffet had a great selection of items to choose from. The view from the rooftop was incredible. The hotel is in an excellent location for seeing all the sights.

It was nice to visit you guys again! It was a bit unlucky have rainy weather during my stay since I really would like to benefit the rooftop. However, Thank you for the hospitality :)

The staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful. Rooms were clean and service was very good. 10/10 for staff and their amazing service 10/10 for location

The property is situated about a 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Although the restaurant within the Hotel is not open the staff were very quick to offer alternative restaurants which we found to be of very good quality and not expensive

The Eresin is one of best places to stay in Istambul. Very good and confortable rooms, clean and so elegante place. Aside of all that, they have a very friendly and atencious manager called Tekin. He’s seem so pleased to please all guest, has always a excelent tips of places to visit. He’s wonderful and kind person. In fact the whole staff is wonderful!
